- Brian Barry joined the Board of Directors of Neuralitic Systems in October 2007. With over 25 years’ experience in telecommunications management, product commercialization, globalization and as a corporate director in Canada, the US and Europe, Mr. Barry brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.Mr. Barry is currently the CEO of Destinator Technologies. He is also a director of Optosecurity, which develops security products such as optical threat detection systems for the transportation and critical infrastructure markets.
Mr. Barry was previously a director of Ascalade Communications Inc., a manufacturer of digital wireless communications products, prior to it being listed as a public company.
From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Barry was the first Chief Executive Officer and a director at Hyperchip, which develops Internet routing equipment. He served on the boards of Cilys, a Canadian wireless telecommunication software infrastructure vendor (acquired by Openware Systems Inc.) and Mobile Diagnostics Inc., a producer of automated solutions to mobile device problems (acquired by BitFone). He was Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson Canada and worked in the US from 1998 to 2002, overseeing a significant growth of revenue and the creation of more than 1,000 jobs in Montreal to provide wireless, Internet Protocol and data systems solutions. Mr. Barry’s responsibilities prior to that included building up Ericsson’s presence in the UK and running an international product unit.
The native of Ireland holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick and pursued his studies at the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Barry is also on the advisory board of the business school at the University of Limerick.

| Réjean Asselin |

Rejean Asselin has over 22 years of engineering, consulting, management and entrepreneurial experience, primarily in the telecommunications and IT industry. Prior to joining BDC, he provided management consulting services in the high tech sector. Mr Asselin was the Founder and CEO of Mobiway Inc., a GPS navigation and wireless communications start-up company. Previously to that, he founded and operated a wireless telecommunications engineering practice.
Mr Asselin also held various technology and management positions within two large consulting firms, namely SNC-Lavalin and CGI.
Mr Asselin holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Electrical Engineering) from Université Laval and is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (Adm.A.).

| Louis Brun |

Louis Brun is a seasoned entrepreneur with a long and successful track record as an executive in the mobile telecommunications and IT industries. Prior to co-founding Neuralitic Systems, Mr. Brun was based in Paris, France where he handled EMEA business development activities for Invidex, an innovative provider of transmission management software for broadcasters. Invidex was sold to Aldeavision in February 2006 (TSXV: AVS). Before joining Invidex, Mr. Brun co-founded Lipso, a company at the forefront of mobile messaging in Canada.
Mr. Brun also served as Business Manager at Ericsson where he completely redefined a product line in the OSS area, the revenues of which increased tenfold under his leadership. Mr. Brun has solid experience in venture capital, business strategy and product strategies.
Mr. Brun holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval and has completed studies in actuarial methods.

| Martin Dunsby |

- Martin Dunsby is CEO of Hybridge, a Cloud Systems Integrator, and is also Venture Partner/Entrepreneur in Residence at BlueRun Ventures. He works with startups and established companies to harness the economic and performance benefits of cloud computing, so his clients can focus their time and resources on their business success rather than IT.
A 20 year veteran of the telecommunications industry, he has had experience as an engineer, consultant, and executive since the early days of the Internet.
- Mr. Dunsby joined Hybridge from Vollee, the 3G streaming games provider, where as CEO he led the company from technology proof of concept through to successful launch.
- Previously, Mr. Dunsby was general manager and senior vice president of mobile solutions provider Openwave Systems, formerly known as phone.com; vice president of sales and operations for engineering consultancy inCode Wireless (acquired by VeriSign); and at Deloitte Consulting he was the Partner who founded and led Deloitte’s Global Wireless practice.
Mr. Dunsby earned a BA and MA from Oxford University in England, is a member of IEEE and ACM and is a widely quoted industry commentator and analyst.

| Marc Faucher |

- Marc Faucher joined Blackberry Partners Fund and JLA Ventures in August 2008 and brings to the team extensive experience in the communications and venture investing industries. Prior to joining the Fund, Mr Faucher spent six years with Summerhill Venture Partners (formerly BCE Capital) investing in communications/technology-centric companies throughout North America. He also worked at Bell Mobility driving their strategic equity investment efforts on behalf of the mobile carrier.
- Prior to Bell, Mr Faucher was a senior consultant with the McKenna Group, a strategic consulting firm focused on companies operating within emerging technology markets. During his tenure, Mr Faucher advised early-stage ventures on their go-to-market strategies. Mr Faucher began his professional career with Ericsson Communications working as a product manager for wireless networks. At Ericsson, Mr Faucher played a key role in deploying the first TDMA-based fully integrated dual-band wireless network in the world for Rogers AT&T.Mr Faucher received a BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

| Luc Filiatreault |

- Luc Filiatreault is a successful serial entrepreneur. He has successfully founded and led five different enterprises. Four of these companies were in Software Technologies and one was in Aerospace Technology. Three of these companies were publicly traded. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Filiatreault was CEO of Nstein Technology a publicly traded company which had operations in Canada, USA, UK and France. Nstein developed and commercialized semantic analysis software. It was acquired by Open Text (OTC.TO) in April 2010.
Prior to this, Mr. Filiatreault was CEO of PG Mensys Information Systems which specialized in Municipal Software Solutions sold across North America. PG was acquired in March 2007 by Harris Computer a division of Constellation Software. In 2002 Mr. Filiatreault founded NordTech Aerospace, a publicly traded company that did Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) of commercial aircraft. From 2000 to 2002 Mr. Filiatreault was President of BellZinc a Bell Canada division that operated the largest internet portal for small and medium businesses in Canada.He was a co-founder of Informission Group where he occupied multiple management roles from 1988 to 2000. The revenues of Informission exceeded 100M$ when it was acquired by Quebecor in 2000.
In 2005 Mr. Filiatreault received the prestigious « Top 40 under 40 Award » from The Globe and Mail of Toronto. In 2010 he was recognized by his peers of the IT Action Network and was named Personality of the Year in Information Technology in Québec.
He is part of numerous Board of Directors of private and public companies and also helps different charity organizations such as United Way, Hope Air and Make-a-Wish. He is currently the chairman of the 2010 funding committee of the Make-a-Wish (Québec) foundation.
Mr. Filiatreault graduated in Engineering Physics in 1987 at Laval University. He is the father of 4 children.

| Emanuel Timor |

- Emanuel Timor has close to twenty years of experience working closely with start-ups and emerging technology companies as an analyst and investor. At Vertex Venture Capital, Mr. Timor invests primarily in the broadband and mobile sectors, specializing mostly in telecommunications, networking and wireless technologies.At Vertex, Mr. Timor is actively working with the Vertex portfolio companies throughout their lifecycle, from the initial investment and up to and including exit. Among his most recent successes, was an investment in Percello, a femtocell company, acquired by Broadcom.
Mr. Timor began his career at Vertex as an Investment Manager and became a Partner in 2002. Prior to joining Vertex, Mr. Timor was an articled apprentice at an Israeli law firm where he acquired expertise in IPOs and M&A. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Timor was one of the leading financial journalists for Globes, Israel`s daily business newspaper. He covered the Israeli high-tech and venture capital industry. Mr. Timor has a B.A. in Economics and an LL.B from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
